Our fun filled summer camps provide a great opportunity for kids to learn new skills, stay active and make friends. Camps involve a variety of activities, games and use of all equipment. Gymnasts will be split into groups dependent on age and experience and get to use all the different equipment Attire - Hair fully tied up and out of face - Sports clothing (leggings, shorts, t-shirts) - gymnasts will be bare footed in the gym. - no jewellery (exceptions stud earrings) Please bring a bag to fit all belongings. Lunch Please bring a bottle of water There is a small snack break, please bring a small healthy snack ( no nuts please and avoid yoghurts due to mess on mats!) We do not have any space for spectators so this is a drop and go camp! Non members welcome - €10 is required on day to cover insurance, please bring in envelope with name.
