Open style training session where gymnasts get opportunities to work on skills they want to improve and use certain apparatus There will be a group warm up then a few options of area they can practice

Fun and spooky camp for ages 4 upward Camp includes Fun warm up games Lots of time on all our apparatus More games Some spooky fun too All camps are drop and go Wear sports clothing - no hoodies , skirts, denim, jewelry etc all hair tied back Bring secure Water bottle and a small healthy s …morenack .please no nuts , yogurts or popcorn Non members welcome - must pay 10 euros insurance on first day in named envelope less
