Week 3 will focus on Beam and Vault Theses will be a 2 hour fun-filled workshop: Workshop Days: Tuesday and Wednesday. Time: 10 - 12 pm Gymnasts will learn and upskill in these essential gymnastics techniques. Don't miss out on the chance to enhance your gymnastics abilities in a supportive and energetic environment.
Camp notes
Please bring a small snack and water.
Appropriate gym clothes (i.e , top/ tshirt, leggins, shorts)
NO - crop tops, jeans shorts , baggy clothes please.
All non members must pay 10 euro summer insurance membership .this covers you for all camps over the summer
