Open style training session where gymnasts get opportunities to work on skills they want to improve and use certain apparatus There will be a group warm up then a few options of area they can practice

This class allows gymnasts to practice the skills they want to get better at or spend more time practicing, whilst being supervised by a coach who helps the gymnast achieve their goals in gymnastics
