This is a fun based class where kids get to try a class before joining. They will get to work on each apparatus that we use in Gymnastics. Gymnastics is a fundamental sport that helps with mobility flexibility balance, all while having fun. Hair must be tied up, tight fitting clothes no jewelry to be worn and bring plenty of water.
