Gymnasts get to use all the apparatus, learn new skills, play games, and make new friends open to non members - must pay 10euros for insurance on first day in named envelope Attire -sports clothes , ie short, tshirts, leggings. No bog baddy hoddies please. All will be bare foot Bring a bag for belongings, water bottle ( water only ) and a healthy snack ( no nuts) Gymnasts will be based on age and experience
