All recreational classes are Fast paced fun session where gymnasts get to try out different equipment, learn new skills, work on strength and flexibility and make friends

Classes are based on age and within classes where possible group will be based around experience/level

All sessions consist of a warm up , strength and rotation om 3 different apparatus per week which over everything on a 2 weekly rotation. All classes follow a well planned curriculum that is adapted to the group and gymnasts

Apparatus include for mixed class: vault, bars, beam, floor and fast track
Boys only : vault, bars, rings, mushroom, floor, pbar strength and fast track

*Set up fee 88euros - Gymnastic Ireland insurance and registration -This acts as a non-refundable pre-payment before 31sy July . After this date we will set up the official Term 1 which will include term fees and invoice you the remining cost
For term 1 Term 1 – 179euros , Saturday and Sunday only 167euors ( due to one week less) Again these are no refundable
