These classes focus on teaching balance, coordination, strength and flexibility .
Gymnasts will get to use all the different equipment learning and developing new skills and moves.
Groups will be based on ability level within the class so everyone can move at their own pace.
Recreation classes are fun, fast pace and progressive to allow all to progress, achieve and have fun.
